If you have booked after buying services via Groupon, and you are a no call/no show, your Groupon will be cashed in if you do not call to pay the no call/no show fee within 24 hours. There is a $25.00 No call/no show fee.
If you are 10 minutes late, 10 minutes will be deducted from your service(s). If you are 15 minutes late you must reschedule and you will be charged a $15 fee.
